Our order took more than 3 weeks in arriving, no order confirmation, no information on when the order would be delivered, no options to contact anyone in the company in person, and finally my mail specifying my order apparently ended up in their spam mail, so I didn't get the requested items. No option to specify request in the order process.
Seems like such a dedicated business, but the entire order process is a mess.
